Is Andr.ia a chatbot?
No. A chatbot answers questions. Andr.ia executes. It reads your inbox, drafts responses, sends emails with your approval, creates calendar invites, generates documents, and follows up on outstanding tasks. It operates the way an experienced Executive Assistant would, only non-stop, 24×7 and at a much larger scale.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
Not at all. Andr.ia works through tools like Slack, iMessage, Teams etc. You communicate in plain language, the same way you would message a member of your team. There is a setup process, but it is handled for you. You do not need to configure APIs, write prompts, or manage any software. Andr.ia will soon also be available as a Voice Agent. So you will be able to have conversations, and wouldn't even need to type.
What does Andr.ia actually have access to?
Andr.ia integrates with your email, your calendar, and your documents. It reads what you give it access to, acts only within those boundaries, and never sends anything without your explicit approval. Every action is logged to an audit file.
What happens if Andr.ia makes a mistake?
Andr.ia drafts and presents critical documents and communication and it does not act unilaterally. Important emails require a human approval before sending. Documents are presented for review. The only autonomous actions are those which you have already approved to run. You remain in control.
How long does it take to get started?
Setup takes one conversation and a short onboarding process. Andr.ia is operational within a few days, and gets better and smarter as the onboarding progresses.
Is my data secure?
Andr.ia uses enterprise-grade infrastructure, sits on a secure cloud server, and passes data between systems through secure APIs with two-factor authentication.
Your data is processed by Anthropic (Claude) under their data usage policies and stored according to EU data protection requirements. Andr.ia learns from how you work in order to get better at what it does. That knowledge stays entirely within your own environment and is never exposed or shared outside of it.
All data fed into Andr.ia is owned by you. Andr.ia is designed to be monitored, and its output should be supervised and validated by the user. A full data processing agreement is available on request.
Does Andr.ia work in other languages?
Yes. Andr.ia detects language from context and responds accordingly. It writes in a register that is appropriate to the context you train it to work on.
What if I want to stop?
There is no lock-in. No annual contract. No notice period. If Andr.ia is not working for your business, you stop. That is the end of it.
